Get In Tune With What your Body Needs

Sitting down for a long period of time can cause stress on critical parts of your body, like your back and your legs. Here is how you can be body conscious and stretch throughout your journey.

Do a Body scan: body scanning is a technique used to bring awareness to all the different parts of your body. Doing this helps relieve aches, pain and discomfort. Here’s how you conduct a body scan:

  1. Start by focusing on your breathing.
  2. Move your focus to your body and start stretching the tired parts of your body starting from your feet.
  3. Slowly move up your body focusing on all of the different parts of your body you need to stretch.
  4. Don’t forget to breathe. Repeat.
